Salud Total Móvil is a virtual User Support Point, where members of Salud Total EPS-S can easily and quickly access their services from anywhere, with complete transactional capabilities.

Here, you can request medical and dental appointments, as well as appointments for Salud Directa services. You can also consult and download laboratory results, check your affiliation status, and generate affiliation certifications and notifications.

Now, Salud Total EPS-S is in your pocket to:

• Consult directory information about the medical network, emergency care locations (high and low complexity), pharmacy locations, and basic care units. This includes Dental, Specialized Medical, Promotion and Prevention services, as well as User Support Points.
• Request, cancel, and check my medical and dental appointments. You can also access 8 specialties through Salud Directa (service available at select branches).
• Check my medical service directions.
• Generate my certifications and notifications.
• Consult and download laboratory results (available only for diagnostic tests taken at own facilities).
• Check affiliation status.
